Returns & Exchanges

Stüssy offers returns on all full-price items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with tags attached. Please note that all sales on discounted items, collaborations, and limited releases are final.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar packaging, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are included.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
